Increase your child’s self-confidence while developing an understanding of fitness and nutrition. This program combines aerobics with positive mental drive to achieve better balance, joint stability and stamina. TINY TOTS SPORTS
Children are introduced to the fundamentals of sports such as soccer, t-ball,
basketball, tennis and other sports and group games. The goal is to provide the opportunity for
each child to develop motor skills and nurture his/her growth socially and emotionally through
teamwork and good sportsmanship. Boys and Girls

PARENT TOT SPORTS
Parents are integral parts of helping their tots develop basic sports movement and motor skills. Motor skills activities focus on hand/eye and hand/foot coordination. LIL’ DRIBBLERS
Children are introduced to the game of basketball in a safe, fun and exciting environment. Our curriculum uses age appropriate activities and games specifically designed to increase balance, body awareness, motor skills and hand eye coordination. These factors are important in the overall development of children. The Lil’ Dribblers program includes exclusively designed equipment tailored to enhance the basketball experience for each participant. The program challenges children to develop new cognitive, physical and social skills. In addition each child will experience social interaction with both children and adults in a fun environment. As children progress through the program, they acquire listening skills and have a fun introduction to following directions. DINO FUNDAMENTAL SOCCER
FUNdamental Soccer is a new and exciting soccer program for children starting out or already involved in soccer. This program has been created to help instill the love of the game in a professional setting surrounded by caring and qualified coaches. On and off the field, the program provides a positive learning environment with the tools to create a memorable experience for everyone involved. The program has been developed to support active parent participation through the use of the Backyard Activity Booklet. Register Online
Dino Beginners: 3-5 Year Olds
Dinos Soccer is designed for beginners to provide an age appropriate family soccer experience for 3-5 year old children. The Dinos Program establishes a solid foundation for the development of the child. The age specific, story based approach, is built around the introduction and development of the core motor skills required to playing the game. Through fun games and activities, the program develops balance, running, jumping, turning, hand eye coordination and spatial awareness. Boys and Girls (Ages 3-5). Register Online

Dinomites: 4-6 Year Olds
Dinomites is designed for 4-6 year olds with previous exposure to basic soccer skills such as dribbling and passing. Dinomites uses the two characters of Dino and Deana and takes them on a new adventure each week learning the FUNdamentals of soccer. All of the learning is integrated into the games, stories and play. This allows the children to learn in their natural environment while having fun. Our young athletes learn the important touch points on their Dino/Deana ball which helps them understand how to move the ball. This creates a memorable soccer experience for everyone involved and it leaves everyone wanting more. Boys and Girls (Ages 4-6). Register Online

INDOOR FLOOR HOCKEY TRAINING
CLINIC
Learn how to play the game in a safe and exciting way. With the use of a soft stick known as a“pillow polo” stick, hockey fundamentals as well as game strategy, teamwork, sportsmanship and safety will be stressed each week. Come out and have some fun!! Boys and Girls (Ages 4-7). Register Online
